We are pleased to share below two recorded academic talks of Dr. Khalil Andani (PhD Harvard, Assistant Professor of Religion) on the Ismaili Muslim interpretations (ta’wil) of Laylat al-Qadr grounded in the ta’wili teachings of the Fatimid Ismaili Hujjahs and Da‘is. In these lectures, Dr. Andani draws on Ismaili teachings to show how Laylat al-Qadr in its esoteric meaning alludes to a hidden spiritual personality who unveils hidden truths.
